Air crew remembered
THE names of a further 990 air personnel killed in World War II will be commemorated at the Nanjing Anti-Japanese Aviation Martyrs Memorial Hall in east China’s Jiangsu Province. Details of the 586 Chinese and 404 American individuals were only recently identified. The new additions will take the number of people honored at the museum to 4,295, about two-thirds of whom are foreigners.
