AN angry Sikh journalist threw a shoe at India's top security official during a news conference in New Delhi over 1984 anti-Sikh riots that killed thousands.
The shoe missed Home Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram, who continued taking questions yesterday as officials escorted the journalist away.
The journalist was taken into custody, but let go after questioning.
