SEVERAL armed militants stormed a building in Afghan capital Kabul today and clashed with police a day ahead of the elections, said spokesman of Interior Mministry Zamarai Bashari.
At least three militants stormed the building of a bank at 07:00 a.m. local time and then police begun operations against the militants, the spokesman said.
