AT least 12 people were killed and 12 others injured today in the explosion at the Cultural Park subway station in central Moscow, the Itar-Tass news agency reported.
The explosion, which occurred at 08:40 am (0440 GMT), was the second rush-hour blast at a subway station in downtown Moscow this morning.
The first explosion killed at least 25 people, and injured at least 10 others.
