Aussie girl injured while playing Pokémon Go
An Australian teenager suffered a broken arm as a result of being too engrossed with the Pokemon Go mobile game app.
The unnamed 18-year-old girl sustained the injuries after a tree branch fell on her while she was playing the game at the Brisbane Botanical Garden.
Authorities said the girl was immediately rushed to the Royal Brisbane Hospital late Wednesday and is currently reported to be in stable condition.
The girl's injury came days after emergency services issued warnings urging Pokémon Go players to exercise extreme caution when playing the game.
Pokemon Go is an interactive game that encourages its players to visit real life locations to capture its characters.
Launched two weeks ago, Pokemon Go is currently listed as the top most downloaded app on the Apps store.
