A BOMB blast rocks western part of Kabul city today, casualties feared.
"The blast, apparently a car bomb took place in Serahi Alawdin area, a neighborhood close to the parliament house and the ministry for water and power, at 11:30am local time today," an official who declined to be named said, adding that authorized officials would brief the media.
In the meantime, an eyewitness said ambulances and police vehicles have rushed to the area.
