CHINA yesterday called for restraint from Cambodia and Thailand to prevent the escalation of border conflicts.
"Cambodia and Thailand are China's friendly neighbors. China hopes that the two nations exercise calmness and restraint," Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said.
