Chinese citizen dies in Samoa
ONE Chinese citizen died in the devastating 8.0-magnitude earthquake and tsunami in American Samoa early last week, and another is missing, presumed dead.
Wang Zhiguo, who lives in the Samoan capital Apia, told Xinhua that his friend surnamed Li died in the tsunami. His body has been recovered. Li's wife, also from northeastern China's Jilin Province, was seriously injured.
Another Chinese woman was missing in the United States territory, presumed dead, Wang said.
