DPRK appoints new vice PM, vice FMs
KANG Sok Ju was appointed as vice premier of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) today, according to a decree of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly.
Kim Kye Gwan was appointed as first vice minister of foreign affairs and Ri Yong Ho as vice minister of foreign affairs.
Kang Sok Ju was the first vice minister of foreign affairs and Kim Kye Gwan was vice minister of foreign affairs before the appointment. Kim Kye Gwan was also the DPRK envoy of six-party talks.
