DiCaprio's 'wife' must stay away
LEONARDO DiCaprio has won a court order that barred a woman who believes she is his wife and is pregnant with his child from coming near him for three years.
The "Titanic" and "Inception" star said in a statement to Los Angeles Superior Court that he felt his safety was in jeopardy because of the "obsessive and harassing behavior" of the woman.
The actor, who was not in court, wrote that he had never met Livia Bistriceanu, 41, of Chicago, but said she had sent him numerous letters and had traveled twice to Los Angeles to try to meet him.
In hand-written letters submitted to the court, Bistriceanu claimed she was pregnant with DiCaprio's child - who she calls Jesus.
The restraining order requires Bistriceanu to stay at least 100 yards away from DiCaprio.
