Dolphin probe in Taiji

JAPANESE police said yesterday they were investigating the escape of four dolphins from a park in a town that has gained international notoriety for staging an annual slaughter of the mammals.
A fisherman in the city of Taiji reported four bottlenose dolphins swimming outside their netted enclosure.
