FUGITIVE Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi is accusing revolutionary forces of surrendering the country to foreign influence and vows to continue his fight.
The brief message attributed to Gadhafi was read on Syria's Al-Rai TV by owner Mishan al-Jabouri, a former Iraqi lawmaker.
