A SENIOR commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) was assassinated in an attack in southeastern Iran, state Press TV reported today.
Press TV said the assassinated officer was deputy head of the IRGC' ground forces, and the attack also caused other casualties.
