JAPANESE Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda accepted the resignations of all Cabinet ministers today, preparing the ground for a revamp later in the day, which will be his second reshuffle bid after assuming office last year.
Ten changes to the Cabinet are expected to be announced by Noda in a press conference afternoon. Eight staff could remain in their current posts, according to local media reports.
