THE lawyer for Michael Jackson's doctor says he will surrender today, though it's not clear when he'll be arraigned.
Attorney Ed Chernoff said in a statement on his Web site late Thursday that Dr. Conrad Murray had agreed to surrender today.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore says Murray's arraignment will not take place Friday.
A district attorney's office spokeswoman was not immediately available for comment.
