ZIMBABWE'S Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai was in talks with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and opposition leader David Cameron yesterday, discussing improvements to his coalition government, and hopes of persuading many of the 1 million Zimbabwean exiles in Britain to return. Brown pledged 5 million pounds (US$8.2 million) in new aid for food, security projects, and textbooks.
