AN earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale jolted off the southern coast of Panama at 4:19 pm Beijing Time today, according to the China Earthquake Network Center.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was monitored at 6.8 degrees north latitude and 82.3 degrees west longitude, the center said.
