POLICE in the Dominican Republic have arrested a man suspected of helping kidnap and kill five Chinese citizens in Panama, authorities said on Friday. Police spokesman Maximo Baez said Fermin Antonio Taveras Ramirez had lightened his hair and erased all of his fingerprints through surgery trying to avoid capture.
