US President Obama praised police and said victims need answers into what motivated Boston bombers.
An ethnic Chechen teenager suspected of staging the Boston marathon bombings is being treated in hospital in serious condition after his dramatic capture, police said Friday.
"I think based upon our investigation at this point in time, the citizens of the city of Boston and this area can be confident that the threat has been removed," Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis told reporters.
