Plane crashes again at US air show

A World War II-era plane crashed with the pilot killed yesterday afternoon in an air show in the east of the United States. No details are available about the death toll.

Reports reaching here quoted a West Virginia Air National Guard spokesman as saying that the T-28 aircraft crashed when performing during the Thunder Over the Blue Ridge air show yesterday at a Martinsbury airfield. Local reports said the aircraft lost control during a six-plane stunt formation and crashed on a runway.

The crash happened a day after a plane crashed at a Nevada air show into the grandstand after the pilot lost control, killing at least nine.
