Russians saved from boat

FORTY-FIVE people aboard a Russian boat were yesterday rescued by Chinese border control officials after their vessel lost power. Authorities in Heilongjiang Province received a call yesterday morning saying the boat was stranded on a river close to the border between the two countries.
