SAUDI Arabia has taken a first step to have Iran reported to the UN Security Council, a move that could lead to new sanctions. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal said previously that Iran "was responsible" for the alleged plot against its US envoy and Riyadh would respond.
