Star denies gay affairs

Cate Blanchett, in Cannes for the premiere of her lesbian romance movie 鈥淐arol,鈥 yesterday scotched media speculation that she had a gay past.
鈥淗ave I had sexual relations with women? The answer is no,鈥 Blanchett said ahead of premiere. She said speculation had sprung from an interview with Variety magazine.
