Stockholm's subway service back on after attack

STOCKHOLM'S subway service has been given the go-ahead to resume service after a truck attack in the downtown area on Friday afternoon, Swedish Television (SVT) reported, quoting sources from the public transport authority (SL).

But SL advised people from using the metro unless absolutely necessary, SVT reported.

SL also said trains would not stop at the two stations closest to where the attack took place.

A truck rammed into people on a central Stockholm street before crashing into a department store. Four people have been confirmed dead.
