IRAN will not halt its nuclear enrichment activities after the United Nations Security Council voted to impose new sanctions on the country, a senior Iranian official said yesterday.
"Nothing will change. The Islamic Republic of Iran will continue uranium enrichment activities," Ali Asghar Soltanieh, Iran's envoy to the UN nuclear watchdog in Vienna, told reporters soon after the UN vote in New York.
