TWIN car bomb blasts in Baghdad on Sunday targeted the headquarters of the Trade Bank of Iraq, one of the public sector's most active financial institutions, and killed 18 people, a government official said.
Baghdad security spokesman Major General Qassim al-Moussawi said 42 people were injured in the bombings.
