AT least one American tourist was killed and seven others were still missing after a fishing charter carrying 27 US tourists capsized in the Gulf of California in Mexico early Sunday, local authorities said on Monday. The 27 tourists and 16 crew members were on an annual July 4 fishing trip and capsized when a flash storm hit their boat. All of the 16 crew members and 19 tourists have been rescued.
