SYRIAN rebels yesterday released four Filipino UN peacekeepers they abducted last Tuesday in a dramatic incident that prompted warnings from the Philippines that it could pull out its contingent from the Golan Heights.
The Filipinos were unharmed but will undergo a medical checkup and stress debriefing.
