US 'overreacting'

NORTH Korea says the United States is overreacting to Pyongyang's rocket launch plan by breaking their recent nuclear agreement. Washington said this week that plans to provide food aid to Pyongyang are on hold because of a lack of confidence about distribution. A North Korean Foreign Ministry spokesperson said yesterday that would be a violation of their agreement in February.
