US porn actor sought in slaying falls from hill

LOS ANGELES police have taken a porn actor suspected of killing a colleague with a prop sword into custody after he fell from a rocky hillside.
SWAT officers spent part of yesterday afternoon trying to talk Stephen Clancy Hill down from the hill as he clutched a sword.
Police Officer Bruce Borihanh says a "less than lethal munition" was used against Hill just before his tumble.
Borihanh says the 34-year-old actor is being treated by paramedics. His condition is unknown.
Hill fled to the hillside after leaving a house where he was barricaded in for most of yesterday. He faces murder and attempted murder charges in Tuesday's attack at a DVD production center.
