MOAMMAR Gadhafi has been ditched by another close confidant - a Ukrainian nurse thought to have a close relationship with him.
Halyna Kolotnytska, 38, joined senior government officials, diplomats and pilots who have deserted the Libyan leader. She arrived in Kiev yesterday on a plane that evacuated 122 Ukrainians and 68 foreign nationals from the violence-torn country.
A US diplomatic cable published by WikiLeaks last year said 68-year-old Gadhafi was deeply attached to Kolotnytska, one of four Ukrainian nurses who took care of him. It even suggested a romantic involvement.
