Falling oil prices and the lower Australian dollar have seen unleaded fuel prices in Perth drop to an 11-year low.
More than 20 service stations are selling discounted unleaded fuel for just over 86 cents a litre.
FuelWatch spokeswoman Lynne Gould said motorists should take advantage of the cheap prices.
"The average prices of unleaded petrol hasn't been this low for at least a decade," she said.
"Some service stations are selling at a loss today, which is referred to as 'Cheap Monday', to try to gain customers.
"I would urge motorists to take advantage of the cheap prices and fill up while they can and prices could rise significantly tomorrow."
Ms Gould said FuelWatch did not keep records on discounted fuel, but non-discounted unleaded petrol was selling for 87.8 cents a litre in 2005.
She said it was not that many years ago when fuel prices in Perth, and the rest of the country, were hovering around $1.50 a litre.
Ms Gould said motorists should use the FuelWatch website to locate the best prices in their area.
