Luwan goes to Hollywood to help

THE Luwan District government will treat thousands of needy people in the district to the cinema.
The government has bought 30,000 vouchers for the Cathay Theater, each valued at 15 yuan (US$2.19), and will distribute them from March 15, today's Laodong Daily reported.
People can use the vouchers to see movies for free before 6pm, the cinema's manager Chen Yongli, said. After 6pm people offering the vouchers will have to make up the difference in the ticket price.
