Variety of tastes

The canteen at Shanghai Jiao Tong University is serving glutinous-rice dumplings with new stuffing flavors, including chopped peanuts, raisins and cherry blossoms. The deviation from the common red bean-paste or egg-yolk stuffing is an attempt to cater to a wider range of palates and introduce new tastes to old recipes.
