China's November CPI rises 0.6%, ending 9 months of fall
CHINA'S consumer price index, a main gauge of inflation, rose 0.6 percent year on year in November, the National Bureau of Statistics said today.
It is the first monthly growth since February this year when CPI was down 1.6 percent.
The producer price index (PPI), a major measurement of inflation at the wholesale level, declined 2.1 percent in November from a year earlier, according to the NBS.
