FOSUN International Ltd, a Chinese company that's expanding overseas, may raise as much as 20 billion yuan (US$3.2 billion) this year, Chief Executive Officer Liang Xinjun said yesterday.
The Shanghai-based company, which has interests in steel, property and drugs, raised about 17 billion yuan in 2011, Liang said.
He declined to say what the funds will be used for.
