AMAZON China yesterday unveiled a 170,000-square-meter operation center in Guangdong Province as it bids to boost its presence in south China. The operation center in the provincial capital of Guangzhou adds to the existing warehouse and logistics network in China and is expected to boost packaging and delivery efficiency for the e-commerce firm. Amazon now has 15 operation centers in China.
