Weston Solutions Inc Office to meet rising green demand

UNITED States green solution provider Weston Solutions Inc yesterday opened its Shanghai office to meet the growing demand for environmental protection solutions as economic development matures.
The Pennsylvania-based company said it would initially focus on green development for eco buildings, soil, lake and river clean-ups as well as thermal treatment technologies for hazardous wastes, Vice President Donald W. Grogan said in Shanghai yesterday.
Weston has been involved in several environmental protection projects in China since 1990, including assessment of environmental pollution, industrial wastewater treatment management, hazardous industrial waste treatment and incineration.
The company achieved a revenue of US$550 million last year with an annual growth of 20 percent.
