GENERAL Motors Co and SAIC Motor Corp yesterday signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation.
The MOU covers joint development of new energy vehicles and components. It also covers a next-generation electric vehicle platform to enhance the technical capability.
Other collaborations include a stronger and more integrated role for the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center to work on future vehicles and powertrains.
