THE 5th Shanghai Imported Auto Exhibition will begin next Tuesday through Friday at Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center in Anting Town in Jiading District.
More than 20 imported auto brands, such as Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Jaguar, and Ferrari, will display at the 30,000 square meter exhibition. Lincoln, Hummer and Corvette will be among the new participants.
The total value of the imported cars on display is 130 million yuan (US$19 million) this year, up from 80 million yuan in 2009, according to Shanghai East Best Convention & Exhibition Management Co, the organizer.
New autos to be unveiled at the exhibition include Volkswagen's Phaeton.
