Partners’ strategic vision

SHANGHAI General Motors and Shanghai Disney Resort have signed an agreement to become long-term strategic partners.

The partnership marks another significant milestone in the resort’s pre-opening development, the resort said yesterday. Under the agreement, GM’s Chevrolet brand will be the resort’s official vehicle in Shanghai Disneyland, which plans to open at the end of 2015. The two partners will collaborate on the creation of a standalone pavilion featuring Chevrolet within the theme park for resort guests to enjoy.
