PHILIPS Automotive Lighting has inaugurated China's second factory in Malu Town of suburban Jiading District in Shanghai.
The Malu factory will specialize in manufacturing high-performance halogen bulbs with imported components and is oriented toward the Asia Pacific and China markets.
