SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Co MG6 starts selling in China

SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Co yesterday officially started the sale of its MG6 mid-class sedan priced from 128,800 yuan (US$18,885) to 192,800 yuan in China.
SAIC Motor said the MG6, available with a 1.8-liter engine and a turbo version, is especially designed for Asian and European markets. The car debuted at the Shanghai auto show in April this year.
The nation's biggest car maker will also make the MG6 sedans in a plant in Britain next year.
