CHINA'S quality control authorities yesterday said more than 4,000 Volvo S40, XC60 and C70 vehicles have been recalled over problematic headlight cleaning systems.
The flawed headlight cleaning pump may affect the washer fluid level sensor, resulting in drivers' failure to get information about low levels of washer fluid in the cleaning system, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said in a statement on its website.
