AUTO parts manufacturer Mann+Hummel Group said it aims to further improve sales at its Chinese venture to help boost global sales by 50 percent by 2018.
The company said higher sales are expected to be reached through an expanded product portfolio for industrial clients and automotive business as well as more investment in engineering capability to cater to local demand.
Mann+Hummel's Chinese venture in Changchun, Jilin Province in north China mainly produces filter and crankcase ventilation systems for trucks.
The German company aims to increase its global sales to 3.4 billion euros (US$4.9 million) by 2018, up from 2.18 billion euros last year.
