SAIC set after-sale standard

SAIC Motor Passenger Vehicle Co recently launched new after-sale services in an attempt to set up a new standard in customer experience amid furious market competition.

As part of the "Premium Experience" service brand, the passenger vehicle unit of China's largest auto group SAIC, will offer more than 50 door-to-door services for its self-owned brand Roewe and MG, including vehicle safety inspection, adding tire pressure and maintenance works.

The new service would cover both the affluent first-tier cities but also smaller cities in rural areas with cost efficiency for consumers, said the company.
