Danone’s execs

Danone’s Baby Food unit has named three new executives in China as the French dairy maker accelerates moves to boost sales and brand awareness. Boris Bourdin was named the new general manager for China for Dumex. There are also two general managers overseeing the sales and marketing of its two imported brands — Karicare and Nutrilon. Danone had projected around 350 million euros (US$475 million) of losses in sales this year due to the Fonterra incident that cost the company 280 million-euro loss in profit.
