Over 500 alcoholic beverage makers from 50 nations gather at festival

THE 9th Shanghai Wine and Spirits Festival kicked off today at Shanghai Expo Center.
More than 500 brewers, distillers and winemakers from 50 countries, including industry leaders such as Kweichow Moutai Co Ltd and Anheuser-Busch Companies LLC, have joined the three-day exhibition.
At the fair, there are also equipment makers and quality-control traceability service providers for the alcoholic beverage industry.
In Shanghai, a comprehensive wine and spirit trading center that offers services from quality inspection, training, traceability and business information sharing has been established in the city's northeast Hongkou District.
