JINMAO Retail, the commercial property management unit of China Jinmao Holdings Group, plans to more than double its portfolio by 2018, and also seek opportunities for an initial public offering.
The company currently manages about 800,000 square meters of properties and hopes to grow this to about 2 million square meters, said its Chief Executive Li Congrui.
