Gome Electrical Appliances Holding aims to grow its turnover to 180 billion yuan (US$15 billion) by 2014.
The leading retailer plans to add more than 1,000 outlets by 2014 across the nation with a focus on the second-tier cities.
"We aimed for an annual growth rate of 15 percent, outpacing the average market rate of 10 percent," Chairman Chen Xiao said.
Gome will also beef up efforts to develop its e-commerce as it targets to achieve 15 billion yuan in annual sales over the next five years, accounting for 15 percent of the total online shopping market.
It also penetrated the upstream manufacturing sector to strengthen its competitiveness and increase profit margins.
Its self-made Haibao handset, tablet computer and solar energy recharger will be available for sale soon.
